Wallets are network-specific

A crypto wallet does not automatically support every blockchain or every version of USDT. Support for TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20 USDT depends on how the wallet software or exchange account is configured. Before receiving or sending USDT, confirm which specific networks your wallet supports.

Widely used wallets and platforms — including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom, Solflare, and exchange wallets from platforms like Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Huobi and Upbit — each have their own supported network lists. Always check current documentation from the wallet or platform itself rather than assuming compatibility.

What to check before trusting a balance

Confirm the network the balance is shown on, verify the token contract address against the official USDT contract for that network, and independently check any related transaction hash on a public blockchain explorer. A balance shown inside a wallet interface reflects what that specific software is displaying — it is not itself proof of a confirmed, on-chain, spendable balance.

Protecting your wallet

Never share your private key, seed phrase, password or two-factor authentication code with anyone, including a support agent, wallet provider or Flash USDT–related service. No legitimate service will ever need your private key or seed phrase to demonstrate, test, or explain a transaction to you.
